This. Saw guys who never gave a fucking damn about their workout, made pauses for months and didn't give a flying fuck about their nourishment and they got bigger muscles than me within weeks while I tried for years and failed.

Even if Gymmaxxing was the path to guaranteed success (which it isn't because muscles are so common nowadays that they are not a trait that will make you stand out anymore) not every man could do it. If you have a shitty metabolism things are a thousandfold harder and success is almost impossible, but when you complain others accuse you of making excuses just because you stated facts. Gymmaxxing is also one thing that shows the sisyphean task that hypergamy puts on men: If men improve themselves, the standards will just rise which makes the entire thing futile.
