Anyone else feel like that?
At some point you’ve finally made a good male friend whom you connected with, but due to education / wife / career, he saw no social status value for you and just one day cut you off.
While you mourn the lost of some meaning and love in your life, he doesn’t skip a beat. He hates you, but it’s fine, because he doesn’t think about you at all.
Often this happens because you’ll naturally be awkward with the lack of social status from the lack of dating with people at a certain age and sometimes the line between romance and social friendships can get blurred in terms of boundaries / openness. After all, it’s not like you had a lot of friends / dating experience to go off of.
