I notice its an issue with me, and it takes me forever to find a new job. People from past jobs barely remember me. Or I'm just unspectacular and there's nothing nice to say about me. And, this being a blackpilled forum with the everpresent them of lookism, coworkers don't bother to remember me, or even praise my work, so when its time for a future job, I have zero to weak references

at the first of my new job i wasn't really special among my coworkers but then i started getting praised by the boss for being more valuable and hardworking that others.
he even told me one day that i might get a raise and even have a more important job in the company which is quite weird to believe but i don't want to do the same thing forever and if working hard to get a more higher paying job in the futur is the solution then i will fo it

Very relatable, along with having zero professional connections in your field, despite spending four years trying to make those connections, thinking you're getting along with your classmates, being led to believe everything's cool, only to find out once you graduate that they're a bunch of two-faced dipshits who were lying to you all along and now pretend like you don't even exist, so you can't get any references, don't have any connections to hook you up with even an entry-level position in the field, so you have to resort to working in the food service industry, despite being massively overqualified, serving all the normscum, foids, and other dipshits who look down on you for no other reason than the way you were born, while they're out making so much more money and living such a comfortable life for basically winning the genetic lottery.
