Here is my favorite example.
Last year I had to setup internet at a new place I was going to be living at. Well after weeks of trying to set up an account and installation appointment through the company's horrible website and indian call center, nobody ever came to install. I had to drive to the nearest physical location and knock on a window (all the doors were locked) until a guy let me in and set it up.
When the install time came and passed I had to go back and knock again for the guy to call his service tech.
Now a year later they sent me some free pre paid card that was exactly the amount of my monthly plan cost. So obviously I put it in to my auto pay online to pay for this month.
Today I get a fucking text that my payment failed and I need to "update my account" in 48 hours or my service cancels. I check on the website immediately and see they wiped out all my payment info and say that I canceled my service. What the fuck? I will probably have to go back and knock on the fucking window and explain to the single real person in the company what happened to try and fucking fix it.
TLDR: Internet company has been fucking me over for a whole year.
