The reason I wear t-shirt and shorts is that where I live in the US gets really fucking hot and humid. It gets to around 100F-110F (38C-43C).
I'm not sure what the weather is like in London, so maybe it makes more sense to wear polo shirts in London.

No, I'd wear a size large if I was leaner really. But a regular T fits too loose, espcially on the waist and arms. So going up a size in a slim fit looks better I think.

I used to dislike polo shirts when I was fatter. But now I like wearing them more considering that i'm really thin and I personally feel like they look better on me.
