Like the foid in the photo (Source: from the movie '13 Cameras'). I have decent peripheral vision, and I have caught foids looking at me in a very, very similar expression that she has right here.

In that scene, she was alone with him and he was her landlord repairing her toilet, and she was stuck alone with him for a few minutes

Yes, true, and that's kind of the point I was getting at. The most memorable and noticeable time a foid looked at me like that was during a medical appointment, I was alone with her, as I was getting up and gathering my phone and prescription, I quickly looked up and made eye contact, she wasn't expecting me to turn towards her, and that's when I saw her expression (she was a nurse, not the doctor, BTW)
At work, another foid looks at me from a distance as I'm approaching the opposite direction in the narrow corridor, and she looks at me like I'm a dangerous wasp flying straight towards her
Otherwise, in wide open public spaces, I don't even register in their radar
