Yeah same for me, my nose was all I could notice even from far away or from taking a picture. if I ever wanted a to kill my motivation i just had to look in the mirror or take a photo.

I actually was thinking of rhinoplasty recently as it’s the highest percentage and lowest risk surgery. But even then I’m too nervous of getting unlucky and having a botched surgery, and long term side effects too. I think @Lonelyus had a botched nose surgery which lead his nose being deformed and still to this day it’s unsolved and he has chronic pain From it.

Avoid at all cost the ones who seem to rush for the surgery and ask you no questions.
Especially turkish surgeons eith results too good to be true.
Prefer a maxillofacial surgeon over a plastic or ENT
Remember that a revision is 10k or more
