I'm probably around 15-18 percent body fat right now, but was leaner in the past. No matter how lean, abs were never defined despite being skinny and having no palpable fat in front of them. My hands, forearms, and biceps were veiny and defined, but abs just never were good

Brutal. My mom has fat that mostly goes to her stomach. Her legs aren’t that big, but her belly and arms are fat. She’s 230 pounds at 5’5”
