I always play out conversations in my head and even talk to myself in the car imagining having conversations with girls thinking about what I would say and how I would approach them. I think about these different scenarios where I would make a girl smile and laugh. Scenarios of course that never play out that way in real life.

JFL, it’s probably not a schizo trait in this case though. I also do the same thing and have for a couple years now. It’s a loneliness trait. Being alone too much makes you eventually start talking with yourself imagining being somewhere else or conversing with people you have in the past and what not.
