RageFuel Incel Trait: People Try to Force you to Eat Food You Don't Like (SPOILER: I HAD ANOTHER FREAKOUT SESSSION)

I was visiting family members today up North who I rarely see and they didn't even ask what I wanted to for dinner or if I was ok with eating their food. They cooked up some mixed foods. I can't eat food mixed. I need everything separate. That's why I don't even put salt or pepper on my steak. Salt or pepper isn't the end of the world for me but in general, if two foods are mixed or touching I can't eat it. I don't eat Burgers or Hotdogs unless the parts are dissembled, I don't eat any Italian dish or Greek dish, I just eat pure meat, pure raw vegetables, pure cheese, and pure rice, and I separate them.

My Aunt and Uncle just randomly came up with this mixed monstrosity of food and put it in front of me like they expected me to eat it. I tried to be polite at first but they kept insisting I need to eat it.

Salt is one of those things that should be well imbedded into everything you eat at between a 0.75-2.5% by weight content depending on what it's being added to as it helps bring out the other flavors and aromas of your food. Salted surfaces can be overwhelming but unlike other seasonings is able to penetrate between the fibers of meats and vegetables due to being water soluble.
