I noticed this in the few social occasions i have. My most recent one was an event from some people from work.
Thr pattern I've noticed is that i have a hard time getting a word in, im talked over, and interrupted. And then i have to hear normtards saying "just put yourself out there", "ask questions", "be yourself"

Yeah this used to be a very common experience for me, I had to talk with an almost screaming voice for people to pay attention to what I had to say. I don't interact with normies anymore so it doesn't happen anymore.
