I do almost every set to the point of failure and I work out often. Today I felt very weak after lifting weights at home. I just did shoulders, traps, and arms. Standing felt weird for a while. Also, last week I was at the gym for about an hour and I had to go outside to throw up, nothing really came out but it continued for a few times anyway. I don't think I ate enough that day.
I think the fix for this would be to eat a little more before the working out and doing cardio maybe.
All this work to still look like shit.
