I do almost every set to the point of failure and I work out often. Today I felt very weak after lifting weights at home. I just did shoulders, traps, and arms. Standing felt weird for a while. Also, last week I was at the gym for about an hour and I had to go outside to throw up, nothing really came out but it continued for a few times anyway. I don't think I ate enough that day.

I think the fix for this would be to eat a little more before the working out and doing cardio maybe.

All this work to still look like shit.
 
That could help. Another reason may be is that you don't have the genetics built for working out
 
What do you eat before working out and how much do you wait between the meal and the workout
 
Also could be your breathing

Today I ate a cinnamon roll, cottage cheese, and peaches less than an hour before. Last week, I don't remember.

Man idk then maybe you are beathing wrong during sets it happens to me aswell sometimes or you could have some health problems

I do the "inhaling while lowering the weights and exhaling while raising them" thing. I do hold my breath a little bit sometimes.
 
If you throw up from a gym session, you are training way too hard.

I will work on the breathing.

I had asthma but I haven't had an asthma attack in over ten years and my lung capacity is now higher than that of a normal person. I also have mitral valve regurge.

Could be, but unless he has other health issues affecting him at rest, he's probably training way too hard
 
Still, you must be pushing each set way too hard, doing too many sets, etc.
I usually do four sets till failure of each exercise but I'll do more sets if I don't reach the point of failure.

That's tooo much, especially if you're a gym beginner.
 
I don`t workout
 
I'm out of breath and my heart pounds like crazy when I do a set. Sometimes lightheaded as well, especially on leg day.
