Does anyone else have bad skin because you don't get enough fresh air? My eczema has gotten bad since it started getting hot here in the UK recently.

God, my skin is atrocious. Even when I ate healthy it wouldn't fix. It's the hormones. Every fucking advice I was giving is so bullshit

You should try treating it, you probably need a special sunscreen and skincare routine since you have this condition.
