I get angry at objects for not la ding where I want them to when I throw them. I get mad at my dresser when I bang my knee into it etc. so many emotions you just end up taking it out on objects.

I punch things in my room when I get mad but it hurts my hand cause im a weakcel. Sometimes Ill also grab and pull my hair
