Sure foids will answer your questions, because its impolite not to, but I have noticed that they never initiate conversation when you don't talk to them first. For example, I try to talk to a foid at a smoothie shop. Asked her what her major and if she goes to the local college. She answered, but next time I saw her, she just ignored me/never talked to me.
