I was the opposite, I always worked like a negroe robot with basically 0 sick days, I made sure they couldn't fire me for not socializing at any of the jobs I worked, after the 2-3 month mark people start to dislike me I noticed so I am very careful with keeping schedule and making effort, it's the only way for a true subhuman to last longer then 6 months or maybe just me.
