I'm not sure what kind of defence mechanism this is but I just lol when I see someone post an obvious chad and then someone will have to counter with 'that's not a chad!!1' Do they perhaps feel looksmatched to the guy and have to bring his level down so as to not be revealed as the chads they are?

There's no agreed upon consensus I guess, you have people who think Chad is a 1 in 10 million genetic miracle, and then people who think there's 70 Chads per square mile. I'm guessing Chads are the 20% using the 80-20 thing.

To me chad is an 8 or higher on a 10 point scale. To be good looking, you have to be a 6 or higher. Lot of chads here are actually normies-high tier normies.
