I can't sit still or stand still. I MUST move and walk around. It frustrates when we're sitting there to eat slowly or shopping (women shopping moment).

I also need something in my hand to fidget around with. I think it was a more prominent trait when i was a child.

I used to get scolded for bouncing my leg too much while sitting down.
It's also common for me to get up and walk around my house for 10-30 minutes after sitting for a few hours.
