As a coping mechanism, incels have to think really hard, and are careful that everything they say is rock solid and evidence based. Since we have to defend everything we say we get used to this. Pretty people never have to defend what they say and thus don't need to worry about making solid arguments and using facts. If you put effort into what you say and make sure what you say is defensible versus disagreement, you are an incel.
