K-selective people compete on wealth hoarding through high IQ pursuis; they don't compete with their physicality. These people are largely asexual.

So where is the contradiction ? Blacks adapted to this particular form of competitive environment. It isnt intellectual competitiveness, it is a primal form of competitiveness. If you frame K as a distinct system with distinct signs and attributes which according to you are pristine environment, absence of chaos and so on, then yes, your logic has its place. 4. These traits require significant developmental and genetic investment to produce (biological fact)
5. Significant developmental and genetic investment = K-genetic contribution (definitional)
6. Therefore reproductive success in Chicago concentrates in K-genetic males (from 2-5)
7. The environment selected WHICH K-genetic males won — it did not generate the capacity they won with
