Story Incel Story from when I was at school

Once every month during highschool, the teachers would take us for a trip to a place near school where we spend the day instead of doing lessons at school.

So we get to school, teacher counts who is here, walk 10 minutes and arrive are trip destination, spend the day (around 5 hours), we all come back at around 12:30 at the location it was agreed, teachers count who is there in case someone is missing, we return to school to call it a day...

So I was hanging with some guys and we went to a videoclub, they would play PES (pro evolution soccer) it was 10 or 11 not sure, and I was waiting for my turn to play because I really liked that game. My turn never came, everyone got bored playing with each other and left so me still wanting to play I sat there and played against the AI.

It turned out I let myself go a bit too much and forgot to look at the time. Nobody realized I was missing tho, when I finally realized what happened I ran back to school, everyone had already left, I went to the principal's office to make sure they didn't mark me as absent that day (if you are abscent many days you have to repeat the year).
Turned out I didn't get absence that day and I felt badass after but I came into realization in the future that it was more of a bad than good thing that nobody noticed.

TL;DR I skipped school playing videogames at a video club and nobody even noticed because I'm invisible

It is actually pretty bad since nobody cares. You are like thin air to them, like you are not even there. Pretty harsh.

It's part of the socialization process in school. If people leave you out during activities, you are gonna end up awkward and shy.

An example more people can relate to is when two guys were picking their team players for soccer or basketball and they never pick you, they leave you out. Happened so many times, I never got good at soccer because of that.
