Didn't watch, not because I dont believe in self improvement via efforts made, but solely because I don't believe any of you lame cuckcels that need a video or podcast or book or other media form for self improvement instead of an internal drive will ever succeed and therefore all videos are just losers trying to make money spouting facts or platitudes that can only ever be understood by the person alone when they are ready.
