The reason AM had high KDR is simple; physics. Utility vehicles are simply more rugged and powerful, more rugged body frame/parts means a longer "gaming session".
A heavier vehicle with large displacement engine puts out more kinetic energy on impact
More importantly, most sedans are built to be streamlined for safety reasons with highly sloped hoods while the same isn't for larger vehicles.
A car throws people up the windshield, transforming a reduced amount of force into the legs (due to the sloping and short height). A van, is a "whole body treatment".
An extreme example would be ramp cars from the media; when a car crashes into them, they don't smash each other into pieces but one of the car gets thrown up.

I admire that gamer, but he's not fighting strictly for incel causes, and yes, I know he went mosque gaming cos he ran out of inheritance money to do so. I've read his manifesto a few times, and while I agree with it, I don't think it refers much to incels.
Otherwise, if there's a section that defines the cause for incels (such as ultraconservative gender roles), then I'll add him in
