Obviously yeah, but I don't think ISIS would want to control the entire world as much as just uniting the entire Muslim World under their banner and establish one large caliphate.

ISIS was just a splinter of Syrian rebels in the Syrian civil war due to having more extreme beliefs of freedom from Assad.
They mainly killed fellow Muslims anyway.
