I haven't fully watched the video yet, but over the last year I have increasingly come to believe that the people who are willing to represent incels in front of a camera are the very people who can not and should not represent incels - while the people who could and should represent incels are - almost by definition - unwilling to step in front of a camera in order to be publicly interviewed.

Not everyone has the time or money for meal prep. Some people are lucky and have a fast metabolism so it's easy for them.
