It would be so hard to pull off with out getting caught. I would not film the Stacy’s because I would not have their consent to film them nor would I bet on them consenting to me filming them. The world of trouble you’d get in for filming someone with out their consent is just to much so I’d give the challenge a miss

How so? Everyone has a phone in their hand nowadays. So long as your phone doesn't make a sound or light up a certain way when you're filming a video there's no way for them to know. Besides being too obvious with how you're holding the phone. And if anyone accuses you just act insulted and tell them to fuck off. And make sure you can quickly lock your phone and have it passcode protected in the very unlikely event you get accosted and it gets examined. Also, it's not illegal to film people in public places.

People would notice when someone is filming them a lot more than you would expect them to notice. Even if you’re trying to be as stealthy as possible someone might pick up on it. The person you’re filming might not notice however someone might catch you and call you out. My point is the chances of getting caught are higher than you would expect.
