This is, in essence, what sexual thought is. It's just sexual marketing. You aren't thinking about something specific, like a body part, or even something specifically fetishistic. At least for me-- almost all the sexual thought I have is like a non-profit, public service announcement type of ad generally selling you sex as a something you NEED to do-- like NOT SMOKING.
All you can do is estimate this in percentages-- the peripheral time and energy your brain spends on inadvertent sexual marketing cannot be expressed in finite terms. Biological programming is a marketing campaign on autopilot indoctrinating you into humping Stacy-- and it's as extreme and vainglorious as prime SuperBowl tier ads. The sexual marketing going on in your brain is like a sexy beer commercial that has sluts dancing inviting you to have a good time, but the only product is women you can't even buy, touch, or obtain in any reasonable way.
This is akin to having Lambo, yacht makers, or Hermes putting up ads on super bowls constantly-- it makes no sense. Uber luxury brands don't advertise extravagantly in places like like the Bowl as it's not likely the average middle class consumer can afford these products, but your brain does this with sex.
