Many people defend current state of Male-female relations and scarcity of sex for low-value males because if sex would be easy to get, when everyone would engage in sex all day and society would stop functioning. They use similar reasoning when talking about high prices of housing.
But this sound like bullshit. Food ( at least cheap food ) is easily affordable. The same goes for clothing. But majority of people didn't eat constantly from dawn till sunset. Nor they buy a new clothes constantly.
If sex was easy to get, people would still had dreams and other interests to pursue. Only a minority would engage in sexual acts constantly.
These arguments that scarcity of sex is good are inadequate.
