I've been wondering about this. I think most Chads are oblivious and don't empathize with us. They minimize our suffering, and overestimate the effectiveness of coping mechanisms. But let's say for those who understand better than others, who more closely approach our understanding... what choices might they make to help us?
I think some of them try to do this with giving advice (ie gym-maxing, grooming). Often that stuff is passive-aggressive ("hey incel, here is advice, so stop complaining, if you fail despite it, you just didn't try hard enough!") or insincere ("hey stacy, look how nice I am towards that pathetic nerd. If I am this kind to perfect strangers, think what a great nurturer I will be to whatever babies I put into you!") but occasionally I do think it could come from a good place.
Even in that case they really over-estimate the effectiveness, because they like to think of themselves as self-made men, so they will want to under-estimate their genetics and over-estimate their efforts in attaining their present outcomes. COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDABLE... keep in mind that Chads cope too, in a way. They want to feel like success is a goal they accomplished, not just some inheritance they lucked upon. It's part of building an ego!
Basically the "moral Chad" approach seems to be indirect: "I will influence the incel so the incel will attract women better".
I propose an alternative approach, which is more direct: influence the beckys into fucking the incels.
Not a Stacy: we have to be realistic here. She has too many options. She could find another Chad who is less demanding.
Beckies on the other hand: she has less access to Chads. When she fosters a relationship with a Chad, she will be desperate to cling to it. She will be more flexible in doing things she might not like to accomodate his whims. She'll let him stick it in her pooper, give unreciprocated oral sex, make him meals, clean his house, etc.

So... all Chad has to do is CUCK HIMSELF WILLINGLY. Which really.. since it's willing and he remains alpha, isn't really 'cucking' at all. But basically, Chad should be telling Becky he will leave her unless she fucks any guy she is rude to. So she must be cordial and not abuse her femaleness as many women do to treat ugly guys shitty, to not be polite toward them.
This is basically APOLOGY SEX. I think it would be an excellent coping mechanism, an excellent gesture that I think could make us appreciate a Chad willing to make that gesture out of a generous sense of care and empathy for his common man.
Something like this won't be 100% fulfilling to us romantics, of course. After all, we know she is only doing this to please Chad, not us. It won't validate us in the way that having a girl actually WANT us will... but it's still sex, and I think it would salve the burns.
What I think would be validating about it is twofold:
1) firstly, it shows validation from Chad himself, that he is willing to use his gifts to benefit us instead of him
2) secondly, we know this humbles Becky, that this will change her image of herself. She will lose some of her arrogance now that she has been "dirtied" by fucking us.
Who knows, perhaps a good regime of this might actually make Beckys more flexible in their thinking. Maybe while they're feeling disgusted with themselves for daring to let an ugly guy fuck them, they might actually get good feelings in their clits and get addicted to them.
Or maybe I'm drawing too much of this from various "fucked by fat old men until she likes it" manga and that outcome isn't feasible. Doesn't matter, knowing she is humbled/humiliated by choosing to do this with ugly men is still a pleasing idea. Combined with knowing Chad values us as a brother willing to share his spoils, it would be something I think could make ugly men much happier.
If Chad was willing to do stuff like this, I would consider him a true friend, and want to reward that friendship. Maybe not with money, but with other cool stuff like letting him watch anime/games I bought, or cooking him a nice burger.
I guess in a way it's similar to a "pimp" relationship, but in a casual less transactional way, in the same way normal romantic relationships work compared to explicit prostitituion. Basically you are having a bromance with a friend who compels his Betty orbiters to fuck you as an apology for her treating you so shitty.
This may eventually lead to Betty acting nicer to ugly guys, so that she will not be commanded to fuck them as punishment. Sometimes I wonder if some degree of that already does happen, as some women do actually act nice to ugly guys. That could be due to other punishments (rather than order her to fuck an ugly guy, a Chad husband might simply withhold sex from her if she is rude to ugly guys, or withhold money from her, etc) but I like the idea of this punishment. It could make Chads a true friend if they wanted to try it out.
