Last week i got my first painful click or "pop" in spine while lifting a gas cylinder (something i'm pretty much accustomed to do so since my teenage), followed by a sharp fucking pain that almost made me faint 
since then my back is in constant pain as if something's stabbing there, even riding my bike to workplace has become a bother
old age approaching and ever lasting inceldom...as if life cannot fuck me up enough
