Depends on whether he wins in court. It is possible that the judge will throw out his case or the jury will rule in his favor. Of course it's also possible that he will lose.

If he takes a plea bargain the matter of his specific case is solved but there is no precedent.

The fact that chitwood was able to get an arrest warrant and convince a foreign police department to enforce it does not bode well for the defendant but it is still very possible that he will be found innocent.

Anyways, i never used this retarded meme because there was always a solid chance that the law would take it as a threat. You don't have to threaten to literally murder somebody for it to be considered a threat.

This is probably a better defense than relying on "in Minecraft". Although im not positive you're allowed to invite others to commit an act of violence. He might be able to get out on a technically if cops accidentally charge him with the wrong crime; it's unlikely but it has happened.

However, if you threaten to harm an IncelTears member for example (someone who has NO VALUE), the police wouldn’t arrest you/press charges because law enforcement won’t waste their effort and resources on victims (or potential victims) of crime (or potential crime), if those victims themselves have zero value to society


IncelTears members are probably cheERing to see that using the “in minecraft” phrase doesn’t protect someone from making threatening statements, but it just doesn’t work when the victim is high value.
