Theory In Defense of a Lower Age of Consent

It's often said that teen women can consent- that their brains are capable of it. I disagree, but I still advocate for a lower age of consent. How? Arthur Schopenhauer made a compelling argument that females never grow up - they always remain kids. In other words an 18 year old woman and a 14 year old woman have the same capability to consent because they're both children and the law should treat both equally, so perhaps the age of consent should be reduced.

I do think there should be an age of consent for religious reasons. Catholic canon law allows marriage as early as 14, but not younger, so it's immoral to advocate for it to be lower.

Solid reasoning. This is also what i laugh at, foids are never "mature" the same way a man is. What should matter is the father's consent to marry off her daughter.

Catholic law originally said 12 for females, 14 for boys, but they changed it to 14 for females, 16 for boys later. I think it should be based on puberty, but if i had to put a number on it, i would say 13 maybe.
