In an authoritarian system your parents tell you what to do and then when you become an adult, the state tells you what to do.

China is Authoritarian and controls the media but Chinese citizens are economically free as opposed to their western counterparts getting half their money stolen in rent and taxes. The Chinese nation is free and gets to choose its destiny as opposed to cucked european nations being subject to Germany and US
