I workout only twice a week for a couple hours and I'm still much healthier than I was when doing none. It's not for ascension obviously, that's impossible, but getting strong and healthy is good anyways because
A. Defend yourself
B. Healthy body = healthier mind (study proven)
C. Helps with everyday necessities
D. Feel less embarrassed and awkward with other guys and friends when you're jacked even if ugly

My tips for working out are lift to failure and fix your diet/sleep schedule, it VVILL make you feel better if you can pull it off

I also plan on training martial arts for self defense and maybe joining the Marines in the future, no reason to just wallow in helplessness and weakness, it can be a fun cope + I could make bonds with other guys who might be like me

Anyone else want to try this stuff????

Not to serve the country or anything, I am assuming I will not have to go through any real combat. I'd just like the training/skills learned + monetary benefits
 
Think working out as an effective way to combat depression has largely been disproven by now. I think you should still do it, just to avoid physical pain and additional misery in your old age, but finding the motivation is gonna be difficult when many of us hope to be dead by then. And bonding with normies is gonna be a no for me.

I started getting back into the gym more frequently after I started escortcelling, just because feeling less bad about my body helps with making the sex more fun and me less stressed during it. A woman's gaze and touch were better motivators for me than any of the other cope reasons out there.

But physically training my body made me feel much better about myself and getting respevct from other men helps your self esteem if nothing else.

Whats wrong with lifting to failure? I'm pretty sure without HIT you can't gain much strength (unless you have roids) but I could be wrong. It's just the way I've always done things because Mike mentzer and sheit

Failure lifting burns you out quick. It's fine to do it during a portion of your training block, if you've programmed the rest of your training correctly (myofascial release, stretch and speed work etc.), but most of time it's going to regress your recovery and you'll need to deload more often and/or for longer. The broscientists who promote failure training are typically roidheads who don't have recovery issues due to their enhancements.

You can gain respectable strength with medium intensity and enough volume work, but generally, yes, you need to incorporate HIT if you want strength.
 
Whatever you do, don't join the military. Don't put your life on the line and fight the jews' wars for them. Voluntarily becoming a pawn of the Jews and being sent to war while they sit back and collect big fat checks from all their wageslaves is one of the most cucked things you can do.

But joining the military? Fuck no. Imagine getting bullied by some dumb DI and showering with other dudes and having to get up at 5am. Imagine becoming the squad bitch.
Where do you even live that you're so obsessed with self-defense? Maybe instead work toward a better job to move into a nicer neighborhood.

I don't know where you're getting your information from, but it's the exact opposite. All exercise releases endorphins which directly combats depression.

There are a lot of good reasons to train physically and these are some good ones as well.
