This premise is kind of flawed. ER was a perfect storm of shit. He was attractive enough to have friends and think he had a chance, but not attractive enough to pull. That gave him the ego that led to him going insane.

Your comparison doesn't make much sense either, if it's with a low-income migrant Indian, etc. The thing about Saint Elliot isn't that he was known for being ugly or handsome, it's because he murdered women because they didn't pay attention to him, and that's when you realize that the Foid logic doesn't make sense, you don't necessarily have to be "horribly ugly Indian" to be an incel, you can be normally ugly, or average ugly, or not as attractive as an alpha.
