As a director I know how to manage this kind of people. They are great, but if you give them to much power, they will ruin the department with their dominance and muting people. What I do is I ask the leads and the managers to give them a large and difficult solo projects for some time. They are smart, they can get the hint.

There are only facts and falsehoods in the workplace, a chadlite in my workplace got fired for making a bad call as a result of his arrogance which lead to delay and loss in a $50 million dollar project.
A 32 year old 5'3" balcel who joined with me the same year quickly climbed the management ladder within a few years because of high IQ, low inhibition, no bullshit work attitude and dedication. No one could pin him for any flaws in his work, trust me, they tried like hell to put him down. He's a project director now yelling at chadlites and normies on the daily.

Had a Chad supervisor in an otherwise blue collar job for an energy company. The guy had maximum respect from co-workers and mogged the shit out of me constantly taking the piss.
I got a few potshots back at him but otherwise I ended up rage qutting.
It is true people respect or ridicule you for you looks in platonic situations (such as work) as much as social or romantic ones too.

As a stemcel I can totally relate. There are a few tall and smart chads that dominate everything at my school. It's strange seeing how females act when in their presence. Just seeing how easy their life is makes me want to skydive without a parachute. Studying is meaningless if you aren't a chad.
