Serious Image was put on my phone I didnt do

I just checked my images and see a gif of a fox, its a gif of the fox being eaten away or some shit in fast foward, its gross but i dont mind it. The thing i do mind though is how did it get on my phone? I havent seen anything with that gif, and I definitely didn’t download it. It said I downloaded it at 9:52, which is impossible because i was playing vr. Kinda freaked out, what do i do?
