I frequently find myself daydreaming about having a girlfriend, being loved, being good enough, and successful in general. Even though it feels good sometimes, it always gives way to the worst anxiety and depression I know. Without my daydreaming I only feel a vague emptiness, but experience less depression and especially anxiety. Staying in the present is obviously still shitty because it's still my life, but It's less shitty when I'm not creating a better world in my head to compare it to. My only cope now is cooming and money maxxing

I do it as well literally the whole day

I coomed and money maxxed, and guess what? It’s still over for me

I often daydream about being a 6'5" GigaChad and mogging 99% of male population.

daydreaming is a disease, i get angry just thinking about the time i wasted on it, even my damn brain is against me

Totally me. I can't listen to music without imagining I'm the main singer, lol.

I daydream about becoming successful and successmogging my rivals.

i waste a lot of time by daydreaming

Same. Shit is fucking weird. This is what a lack of support and validation does

is daydreaming an incel trait? I've done it almost constantly since i was a teenager

Daydreaming is not bad as long as you dont over do it.
