I tasted this for some time but then some female started texting me and it threw me off. I'm making serious progress back there, but I'm not there quite yet.

Life is much better without a sex drive. Not fighting with urges is great But the REALLY great thing is feeling free. When you have a sex drive, you feel like a pathetic little slave, to weak and feeble to stay away. But when you abolish it, you feel strong and free, and independent.

Not quite there yet, but making some serious headway. Porn turns me off because I always think of these women as future wives and the degeneracy almost kills my drive. It is also important to pray, immerse yourself in hobbies, and develop a hardcore mindset.

As punishment for giving in, I drink 80 oz of water within 10 minutes (I am an extremely good shape, so I can handle it).

I am nearly back there.

The only thing that worked for me was taking a cold shower every single time I wanted to fap or working out when I wanted to, but keeping that up for more than a month is just masochism
