I'm just too shy, I do go on car rides but not once have I went to the store the past year. idk I got diagnosed with social anxiety 4 years ago And I'm on disability because of it. i didn't even go to high school.

idk I still have alot to say but I don't want to type an essay as I am low iq and it will look like shit

I'm just gonna cut to the shit, just repeat in your head enough times that nobody gives a fuck about you and your social anxiety will vanish by itself, trust me. And if that doesn't help consider microdosing benzos during the day or try propranolol. The latter has no risk of addiction, minor side effect profile and helps in hiding the anxiety symptoms (fight or flight response) by blocking beta-receptors in your vascular system. As a consequence creating basically a positive feedback loop in your brain and relieving discomfort.. "Oh I'm not sweating nor having a trembling voice anymore, this isn't so bad...". Very handy for presentations.
