It's Over I’m tired of therapy. I don’t see the point anymore.

I’ve seen like 4 therapists over the years. None of them helped me. I got a new therapist over the summer that convinced me living on campus at the university I was attending would be a good idea to make friends and build social skills.

I made 0 friends and I ended up wasting thousands of dollars on housing costs.

Normies say you have to put effort into therapy for it to work. I put a lot of effort into it . I tried a lot of things.

It's good that you finally realise how much of a waste therapists are. There doesn't exist some magical piece of advice that only a professional can give out that will make your life better. All therapists will employ manipulative techniques in a desperate bid to maintain you as a client. They are nothing but detrimental to you, taking your time and money for nothing of value in return.
