Something rather desperate I do is look at porn where the male having sex with the female isn't overly attractive looking, to sorta imagine myself in the scenario better (I know it might sound retarded but it helps me cope for a small while). For some reason I automatically check the comments every time and what always triggers me is the foids that comment under these posts with shit like "I want an ugly nerd to fuck the shit out of me", "I need this incel so bad", no the fuck you don't, shut the fuck up. You wouldn't want to have sex with an incel if there was one standing in front of you, and you proved that exact statement by not responding to ANY of my messages. "I need an incel" my ass.
