I'm disappointed in it mostly because it was hyped up to be this super edgy racist edgelord fascist film, and it while that is kind of true, it was so boring, uncool, and lacking in coherent direction, I feel genuinely scammed. This movie feels like righting virtue signaling, and its obvious all these right wing youtubers are just scammers that dont even fucking care about taste anymore. They just want to generate controversy for click in the most amoral and calculated ways possible.
I REALLY WANTED TO LIKE THIS FILM, and I came into it almost expecting to find nuggets of gold that I often find in films nomies hate, but I simply can't believe how much of a fuck up this film is.
The biggest problem with this film is that the main character is just a fucking simp who pays whores fairly IN SLUM BUILDING HE OWNS, yet he doesn't even fucking care about managing his own building to prevent mold from growing. His character is just a fucking fail son who blames everything on other people except himself. HE COULD HAVE PREVENTED MOLD FROM GROWING IN HIS OWN BUILDING IF HE JUST FOLLOWED THE LAW AND HIRED THE RIGHT PEOPLE.
BUT HES A FUCKING HYPOCRITE. I can buy if he's a hypocrite if that was the lane they picked, and if they were at least consistent about him being evil, but they also want to make him out to be some kind of hero vigilante that has consistent values and principles, but this fucking character feels like an inconsistent caricature of what an LLM 'thinks' right wingers like, having never met a right winger.
This just completely fucking lost me. First of all, Armie Hammer is a fucking gigachad cannibal millionaire and he goes around fucking 50 dollar whores in a shitty building he owns. His character is so much of a loser it makes no sense. And I'm calling him a loser, precisely because he's maxxed out on all the stats, yet still chooooses to live alone like a true alien that can't relate to anyone, aggrieved by petty middle class issues like a fucking volcel loser. It's one thing to be a lone wolf like hitman or some shit. But given the context, even Armie 'cannibal' Hammer comes across more like a Nathan Fielder type of loner, who is just alone because he's genuinely a weirdo.
You fucking own all the buildings in town, yet you spend your time riding a bus like a wagie getting angry at petty crime, dumb teens, and a perilous economic culture whom you helped foster thru your globalist slumlording.
If I was a Chad millionaire, first I wouldn't even set foot in some shithole euro country, I would be happy, I would have a huge entourage, I would fuck whores on a yacht, FOR FREE. But this fucking loser is an aryan chad that acts like some stingy jew paying 50 bucks for whores in a mold ridden shithole (again a shithole of his own making because the lack of personal accountability in his own life). And what's worse is that he's such a fucking simp, he only killed one sandfoid in the movie that was related to the rapist at he end. But he should have tazed that one white teen hanging out with the bullies. Why didn't he stomp her face in? OOHHH, BECAUSE HES A FUCKING SIMP FOR WHITE WOMEN THAT MUDSHARK ANYWAY. He kills a bunch of INCEL MEN or other loser wagies for stupid white WOMEN THAT DONT FUCKING DESERVE IT. Him fucking whores makes no fucking sense. It's like he was written to fuck whores just to prove he's not gay, because if his character had a wife, then they would be forced to hire a female actress and give her speaking parts.
THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH THE MOVIE
IT CANT PICK A FUCKING LANE, its all so mid and weak. It fails as a power fantasy, it fails as right-wing propaganda, it fails on just basic character motivation.
Is the character a piece of shit or not? If he is a piece of shit, then why can't you dial that up to 11 and go more American Psycho with it. Its fucking embarassing that the female director of American Psycho made a better movie than a GERMAN MAN.
On top of that, it's just fucking boring, Armie Hammer, although convincing as a psycho, is completely wasted on the wrong angles, the wrong contexts to drive any point across in a coherent and memorable way, he's constantly framed like a loser in a world that he practically OWNS. The action just sucks. There's nothing inventive or creative about the violence, he just shoots people in the chest in the most boring fucking way possible. If you are gonna be a psycho degenerate serial killer, at least kill people like the night stalker or some shit.
