Brutal, When my cat Thomas died i couldnt sleep for weeks, He was the only joy i had in the world for years as a kid.

I start to twitch and talk to myself when I get too lonely and isolated.

I have to go to bed asap and put on my sleep mask when that happens or drink a ton of alcohol.

I'll be lucky to live to 50 at this point.
