When I'm off work I am bored as hell. I lead no interesting life. I have no gf or friends to hangout with. My copes like jerking off, vidya or reading do not ease the boredom. What can I do?

I'm a part-NEET until October. I study 100% remote. Then I will need to find an office job otherwise my parents kick me out. I have to complete a very long essay until then and my supervisor just isnt replying but I'm stuck. If I fail , I'll also be kicked out, and that would be the end of me.
