The reality of Chad is that he's an early-peaker who slew in high school, didn't make it into pro sports, had college debt and no career path, and either mooched off his parents or got a trades job that eroded his looks away. Chad doesn't get into the board room, high executive positions, etc.; instead, people in those positions looksmax hard enough to reach chad status, they have the money after all. A society run by people chosen according to their looks would be crashing even faster than the west already is.
