There are obviously a lot of other variables when it comes to age. Nasal folds, forehead lines, crow's feet, under eye circles/bags, sagging skin, loss of skin elasticity, etc. If you have those issues you'll still look old even if you're NW1.

That being said, I get what you're saying about young guys going bald. I've known a lot of guys who were visibly balding by the time they were 20 and it's like they went through a time skip and suddenly became middle aged.
