As you know, I quit my job, since then I have done productive things in my spare time, or at least trying.

From doing exercises to reading everything I see ahead has been a big escape for me.

This significantly decreased my anxiety and stress

I have read physical newspapers, some scientific articles and fiction books..

I’ve been feeling less stupid doing this

I also bought a small notebook, where I like to write down some of the reflections I have had, I’m thinking of making a poster here soon just sharing some of the things I write
