does not give me anything in return other than bad smell, sometimes anxiety and im blowing shit ton of money due to going through an entire pack per day.

You know I'd actually want to live longer too because I am curious to see the future not that it is going to be good, its going to be authoritarian and even shittier with the rise and advance of AI it is simply just a pure curiosity. I want to see and use flying cars that drive by themselves, I want to see how zombified normies will become i mean they already are , but the future holds a lot of unthinkable things.

Sounds good, I recommend switching to nicotine lozenges and pouches. They're not nearly as addictive either, I go cold turkey off of the all the time.

I have a theory I am developing that all likes pain/mishaps because solving it and bringing unlimited Goodness feels pleasuring.

Being dependent on nicotine is like being a junky no difference.

Nice thread, I really encourage you to do it.

I've been trying to quit aswell, I gone from 10 daily to 1-3 per week currently, I'm not quite there yet, but eventually I'll be off completely.

I've been smoking only 2 or 3 a day recently but for me this is a lot lol

The only tobacco I have here now is Pueblo and I find the taste a bit sharp and stuff, so I've been using lime-flavoured filter tips and they make it taste much nicer.

Anywho, if you're dealing with nicotine addiction I'd recommend blue razz lemonade elf bars because they taste amazing.

Either you go cold turkey and quit altogether or you will most likely fail.
There is no in between.

I'm hoping that science will remove pain from the human brain and make us be in a permanent state of pleasure, and make us inmortal.

Also i care about my health because I don't want to fucking die. The retards who say they don't want to die are the retards who didn't live an ounce of my pain. I know how painful life can get, dying must be 10 times more painful than anything i lived.

Although, i don't have much energy to fucking take care of my health. I maybe take a night walk everyday but i rarely workout and i can't really control what I eat as my family is poor and they choose what to buy not me.

Good for you, Smoking is my cope but I only smoke 4 to 6 a day if that.

Also, be careful to not replace it with another addiction.
My grandfather had done it. He used to be an alcoholic until he ended up in the hospital, barely surviving.
He swore off alcohol and quit immediately only to replace it with chain smoking.
He died of a heart attack in his sleep. He had two strokes or so before that.

Nice, I never plan to quit nicotine

You can post in my never goon accountability thread if you think it'll help. Also, if cold turkey works for you, great, but I'd personally at least take a few days to taper off first when dealing with substances (especially alcohol, idk about nicotine), but if it works for you of course do what works.
