I mean, porn just straight up rots and poisons your brain. So not fapping will only do you nothing but good. Needless to say it wont get you any closer to getting a becky but at least ur mind will feel much more healthy
I would say no fap is cope but when ur an inkwell its def a good idea especially when u stay in your room all day u could get seriously hooked to it and be a continuous coomer
